We are looking for a Sales Admin to communicate with prospective clients to progress them in the sales cycle. You will work on various tasks related to scheduling, following up, and providing information so that the prospective client feels comfortable and confident to move forward. You will also work closely with the CEO and Sales Team members to ensure we have the best opportunity to earn new business. The Sales Admin will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of CRM information and managing our standard operating procedures related to the sales cycle.

What you need to bring to the table:
- Ability to communicate exceptionally well in writing, virtually, in person and on the phone
- Ability to process, update, and maintain large amounts of details within our project management tool and CRM
- An assertive nature to clarify objectives and protect company time and resources
- Ability to collaborate with multiple outside constituents (customers, partners, vendors) in planning and executing on timelines and within hard deadlines
Administrative responsibilities include:
- Generating sales reports for sales cycle management
- Coordinating and facilitating weekly or bi-weekly sales meetings
- Managing sales funnel by keeping the information related to staging and close dates current
- Providing notes on prospective clients to the Sales Team prior to, during, and following sales appointments
- Managing prospective clients through the sales process from the initial appointment to close
- Creating sales proposals and agreements and following up with the client to ensure a signature happens by a specific date
- Executing deployment of sales campaigns through CRM
- Communicating clearly and assertively on the phone when talking to prospective clients
- Updating and organizing Hubspot/CRM with past information and future tasks
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications and skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Admin or Business Development role
- Minimum Requirement of a bachelor’s degree
- Excellent time-management, planning, and organizational skills (required)
- Outside-the-box problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required)
- CRM and Project Management software experience (preferred)
