Because of our growth, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Support Specialist. As our Sales and Marketing Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the integrity of our CRM data along with executing marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for updating the CRM, leading discovery and information-gathering calls with prospective clients, posting content on social media, and managing tradeshows. As our Sales and Marketing Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our growth story.

Responsibilities include:
- Sales Support Responsibilities (60%)
- Facilitate workflows and manage project details within HubSpot: Creating contacts, tasks, deals, updating deals, and scheduling follow-up on all tasks and interactions.
- Proof and edit proposals and email templates to ensure 100% grammatical accuracy as well as proper organization and tone.
- Ensure information is stored correctly and shared with internal team members whom it may affect.
- Generating sales reports for sales cycle management.
- Coordinating and note-taking sales and client meetings.
- Creating sales proposals and pre-sales appointment notes.
- Prepare and retrieve sales agreements.
- Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, tell stories, influence people’s thoughts, feelings, and actions, upsell and cross-sell products.
- Make warm discovery calls with prospective clients using outbound lead generation techniques.
- Initiate telephone and email contact with new and existing contacts to nurture and grow channel and referral partners.
- Marketing Support Responsibilities (40%)
- Monitor and respond to nurture campaigns within various channels to engage with customers and prospects.
- Tradeshow identification, coordination, and management.
- Order and manage inventory for swag and marketing collateral.
- Create social media posts for LinkedIn.
- Manage and organize company YouTube channel.
- Maintain knowledge of services and industry trends.
- Capture our prospects’ and customers’ attention face-to-face, virtually, and in writing.
- Ensure projects stay on track by holding internal and external stakeholders accountable.
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Three to five years of related experience in administrative support.
- Three to five years of related experience in “farming” sales in a B2B sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of experience in a similar role.
- Alignment with the culture requirements mentioned above and a willingness to improve in those areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Monday.com or other project management software.
- Strong research and social media skill sets.
- Ability to communicate exceptionally well in writing, virtually, in person, and on the phone.
- Relentless in upholding standards and details when corresponding, reviewing materials, and following written directions to ensure nothing is missed.
- Ability to proactively manage many simultaneously ongoing tasks and projects.
- Possesses exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and ability to work independently, effectively managing time to meet multiple project deadlines.
- CRM Knowledge (HubSpot preferred)
- Proficiency in Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Travel Requirements:
In this role, you will travel approximately 15-20% of the time, primarily within the New England region, with occasional travel within the domestic US.
