Prior to joining MindsetGo, Susan founded Diversified Sales Solutions. For nine years she grew the company successfully helping clients with lead generation, sales, and sales management. As a LinkedIn expert, Susan has sent out over 52,300 direct messages on LinkedIn since 2009 and developed the expertise to teach people how to connect in a real and authentic way using EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE.
Susan hosts the popular LinkedIn Live, YouTube Live, and Facebook Live “Dangerous Sales Conversations” every Tuesday at 12:00 pm est. to proactively discuss difficult conversations between sales leaders and their team members, uncomfortable conversations with customers, and obstacles to acquiring prospects. The topics range from motivating and retaining salespeople to sales emotional intelligence, or any traditional sales topics like overcoming fear, building rapport, building new relationships, and influencing a prospect’s actions, thoughts, and feelings.
