Trevor Stemm

Director of Sales and Marketing

Trevor is the Director of Sales and Marketing at MindsetGo. Prior to MindsetGo, he has held roles as Sales Manager and Director of Client Services over the past eight years. Trevor prides himself on being self-aware, empathic, and accountable and seeks to coach and teach others on how to do this as well. Professionally, Trevor’s passions include developing people, crisis management, leading small to large teams, and the client experience. Previous to joining MindsetGo, Trevor was a client of MindsetGo and firsthand experienced what leadership coaching, communications training, and emotional intelligence can do to improve effectiveness in the workplace. Developing people, their mindset, and their skills is what Trevor seeks to do.

Trevor resides in Minnesota with his wife and son. He plays on and manages an amateur soccer team, Stegman’s Old Boys Soccer Club. Soccer and all things sports are his passions outside of work. He also is an avid reseller of Jordan’s and other collectible items.
